In the spirit of cooperation and openness, the members of Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN went on a visit to the IKEA store.
The purpose of the visit was to present the activities and mission of the Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN. Members Nika Jurc and Vinko Trinkaus shared their personal stories and life challenges, while highlighting the importance of supporting the community.
Together with representatives of the Employment Service of the Republic of Slovenia, we discussed the importance of integrating people with disabilities into the workplace and presented positive examples of practice.
We would like to thank IKEA for their warm welcome, kindness and cooperation.We look forward to further joint projects and surprises.
