Together with the members of the Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN, we visited Ljubljana Town Hall to see the exhibition No Different Life. The exhibition was created in collaboration with the National Council of Disability Organizations of Slovenia (NSIOS) as part of the European project A Nationwide Awareness Campaign on the Social Inclusion of People with Disabilities.
The author of the exhibition, renowned photographer Primož Lavre, captured the stories of people with disabilities and their everyday lives through his lens.
We are especially proud that our member, Mr. Anton Polutnik, participated in the project. His involvement in the exhibition represents an important step toward greater recognition and awareness of deafblindness and the challenges faced by individuals with dual sensory impairments. The visit provided an opportunity for reflection and the promotion of social inclusion.
