One of the most pleasant and visited events at The Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN is certainly the Holy Mass, which is offered every month by Father Bogdan Knavs and is translated into adapted ways of communication for people with deafblindness. The members of the association have the opportunity to collaborate with requests and songs, as well as to talk individually after the Holy Mass with father Bogdan about their problems, worries and spiritual issues.
Despite the fact that Father Bogdan Knavs took over the role of guardian of the Franciscan monastery on Sveta Gora in August, he persistently, each time with a big smile and good will, returns to the association, to the people who need and love him. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts for this sacrifice and example of charity and wish him all the best.
