In the Day Center for the Deafblind, today the users of the Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN, volunteers and employees celebrated Christmas in a pleasant, warm and homely atmosphere.
This time too, the program of today’s meeting was actively co-created by the members and users of the Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN, who prepared many surprises for us.
They surprised us with beautiful, unique and hand-made gifts, good wishes and thoughts, dance performances, fun and imaginative skits and homemade delicacies. All this is priceless and what really counts in life.
A sincere THANK YOU to each and every one of them.
At the end of the celebration, we were also visited by Santa Claus, who brightened everyone’s day with kind words and selected thoughts and small attention.
All these heartfelt attentions, for which some users have been preparing for a whole month or more, show how important and invaluable the Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN and the deafblind community have in their lives.
We are glad that we gathered in such a good number and celebrated the Christmas holidays together.
