DLAN reads – Lovro Kuhar

In the framework of the DLAN reads project, co-financed by the Ministry of Culture, we presented the Slovenian writer, representitative of social realism, Lovro Kuhar, who published his work under the seudonym Prežihov Voranc.

We presented his work Samorastniki (The Self – Restricted Ones), which is also the basis for the Slovenian film of the same name directed by Igor Pretnar. In 1989, a stage play based on the novella was written by paywright Feri Lainšček.
