On July 15, 2019, The Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN became one of the signatories of the Diversity Charter, which represents the organization’s commitment to inclusive diversity management.

- We develop an organizational culture based on equal opportunities, mutual respect, acceptance, and involvement of diverse employees.
- We create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- We respect and spread the principles of diversity at all levels of the organization.
- We recognize the diversity of customers.
- We formulate a diversity policy.
- We disseminate and communicate our commitment to the Charter and the results of diversity policy to all our stakeholders.
