The Deafblind Association of Slovenia, DLAN, had a wonderful opportunity to participate in the Open Kitchen in the center of Ljubljana. The Open Kitchen team warmly welcomed us and provided a delicious feast. Director Lior Kochavy gave us a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the history and concept of the Open Kitchen.
The team prepared a tasting of various types of food from different parts of the world, and we also enjoyed the flavors of traditional Slovenian cuisine.
We would like to thank the Open Kitchen team for a wonderful feast and an unforgettable day. Opportunities like this are rare for people with deafblindness, so this event means a lot to them. They made our day truly memorable.
