Judging by the posts, it’s evident that there’s always something dynamic and interesting happening at the Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN. After the students from the Faculty of Social Work visited and interacted with individuals with deafblindness, everyone enjoyed some outdoor activities to unwind.
Later on, a lecture focusing on discrimination was conducted, during which two publications by the Advocate of the Principle of Equality were presented: “Say No to Discrimination against People with Disabilities” and “Inaccessibility of Interregional Bus Transport for Sensory Impaired Individuals.” To facilitate understanding, the lecture was organized to include illustrative examples of what constitutes discrimination. It was conducted by the professional worker, Ana Jeran.
